Install and adjust 0 gap for the blade
.Use screw driver, Remove the screw from the trimmers.
.Install the Plate and put metal gasket on the top. and don not tighten the screw, Leave a little space for the plate. So the plate can move up and down. Which can enable the moving blade more closely to the guide blade.
.Make the moving blade towards to the guide blade. Then you need a flat surface, to lay it flat, make a little bit angel for guide blade, like 10 degrees, so the moving blade is a little bit underneath the guide blade. From that angle, tighten the screws. Then you don’t cut yourself, because the moving blade is very sharp.
.Check if it is ok. Use your finger cross the blade, if it is smooth, the adjustment is OK. If it was rough, which means the moving blade was higher than guide blade, you need make more several time to try it out.
.Reattach the blade to the trimmer head, and tighten the two screw.
